Directions for use

• Put on your jewelry as a last resort: avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics, and hairsprays.
• Remove it before sports, showering, swimming, the beach, spas, and manual work: chlorine and detergents can dull metal and finishes and stress settings.
• Avoid impacts: Even diamonds, although very hard, can chip if hit on the edge or prongs.

Cleaning at home (gentle method)

• Clean with warm water and neutral soap, using a soft brush, especially under the stone where residue accumulates.
• Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Conservation

• Store each piece of jewelry separately, in a case or pouch, to avoid scratches between metals and stones.

Professional control

• If you wear it frequently, we recommend periodic inspection of the prongs/settings and professional cleaning to maintain safety and shine.

• Preparation times: In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days.

Jewelry made to order or not in stock requires longer production times, starting from 15 business days.

• Packaging: each jewel is shipped in safe and elegant packaging, designed to protect it during transport.

• Return period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and complete with all original packaging.

• Non-refundable items: Custom-made jewelry and out-of-stock pieces specifically ordered on request are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Condition upon return: All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival at our facility. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition as shipped, without alterations, signs of wear, damage, or replacement materials. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for refund.

• Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return, the store is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier during return transportation.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
